Once a week, from Thursday to Sunday, you can Declare. To Declare means to announce your intention and desire to ascend in rank. The Declaration Test determines your aptitude; the test is a random situation given to the tested, where they RP in a Solo topic. You will be judged for improvement, and advanced literary proficiency, as well as comparisons to your previous judgment as assessed on your Character Page test. If you show improvement in all of these areas above the standard for your current rank, you will be granted an advance in rank.

Once a week, every Thursday. However, you cannot Declare the week you were graded.
