Once your character has been Graded and accepted, post them here with the tag: "(Graded)". Also, Edit your page so at the bottom, you list your current list of C-S Jutsu according to your rank.

Academy Students can know five Jutsu.

Genin can know ten Jutsu.

Chunin can know fifteen Jutsu.

Jounin can know twenty Jutsu.

ANBU can know thirty Jutsu.

Sannin can know as many as they damn wish.

You can finish the list at any time, but once you hit your number limit, let a Mod/Admin know. Yes, we realize this seems a bit much, but if there wasn't a number limit, people would have Chunin with every Fire and Lightning technique in existence. No Sasque or Kakashi, my friends. Also, Naruto knows like, three Jutsu. Sasuke knows like, ten. I mean, how many do we ACTUALLY see people use? Not a whole helluva lot.
