Yuven Hyüga (Approved)

Name: Yuven Hyüga

Age: Eighteen
Gender: male

Background: Yuven was born not as a member of the Hyüga clan, but instead as a member of the Yatakuro family; a family who were not very wealthy at all, but gave birth to very powerful shinobi. Yuven had a normal childhood amongst his clan: he made friends, trained at the ninja academy, and eventually became a shinobi of the leaf.

During his time in the academy, he became friends with practically everyone. However, there was one friend who truly stood out among the rest. That friend's name was Sorivan Shakato. You could tell that he and Yuven had been the best of friends because they did almost everything together.

While at the academy, both Yuven and Sorivan specialised in one area-tracking. They often did treasure hunts or played Hide-And-seek, and would always win. They also showed their talent during missions; eventually word reached the teachers of the academy so the two were tested and it was announced that the two Academy students were the best trackers ever seen at the academy.

It was this talent of theirs that made the academy teachers choose them for a special mission. Recently a group of thieves came to Konoha and stole the valuables of three noble families before escaping into the forests. The academy directors advised the kage decided to test these two students by having them track down the thieves and report back to Konoha.

The two set off at the dead of night to find the thieves, who were revealed to be two Genin ninja from the hidden stone village, and soon encountered the first thief at what appeared to be their hideout. Because they out-numbered the Genin, the two managed to take him out with only a few jutsu and had suffered little to no injuries, and because of this they felt confident that they would be able to defeat the other one aswell. But they were wrong, for as soon as they found him in a cave and engaged him in combat, they found that he was much stronger than his partner.

After a long, tiring battle, which involved the two clashing kunai with the Genin and casting jutsu after jutsu, only for them to be countered by their opponent, the team just barely managed to defeat the shinobi, but they had both been seriously injured. They sat down to rest and regain their chakra when suddenly the thief pulled one more trick; he took out several explosive tags and lit them up for a suicide attack. the explosion caused the cave to collapse, killing Sorivan and leaving Yuven in a near death situation.

After a whole day inside the cave underneathe a large boulder, the hidden leaf finally sent some jounin to find the students. They rescued Yuven and took him to a hospital, but his problems were not over yet. Upon arriving at the hospital the doctors discovered several shattered bones aswell as a severe loss of blood and loss of his eyes. In order to save him, Yuven underwent a drastic surgery with a low survival rate. During this surgery, he receieved the bloo donation from a member of a Hyuga clan who was about to pass away, aswell as the Byakugan.

He woke up, having become more proficient in Taijutsu, aswell as having the Kekkai Genkkai known as the Byakugan. however, there had been one drawback-Yuven had lost his memory. He had forgotten everything about the mission and everything about Sorivan. He believed that he had been a member of the Hyuga clan all along, and was eventually adopted by a ninja of the same clan who trained him to be a powerful shinobi.

Yuven has short and spikey whit hair, along with white eyes (which used to be yellow before th incident with the boulder) and a slim body build. He is often seen wearing a white shirt underneath a blue jacket along with black jeans and black shoes.

Personality: Yuven, despite loosing his memory, has managed to retain his personality. Cheerful and positive, Yuven can be described as an optimist-even during a dire situation such as a life-or-death battle against a strong opponent, Yuven manages to stay happy. He can laugh off almost any insult or physical harm done to him (although he will still feel pain), but if somebody does anything to his firends, he is not afraid to stand up to the bully.
